UCDC is a multi-campus residential, instructional and research center that provides students and faculty from the University of California with opportunities to study, research, work, and live within Washington’s rich cultural, political and international heritage.

University of California (UC) faculty are invited to apply to host a cluster of research interns at the University of California Washington Center (UCDC).

Teach for a Term Washington, DC
UCDC invites applications for visiting UC faculty teaching positions for a quarter or semester term during the academic year 2025-26.
Applications will be accepted from UC faculty in all fields to propose a course that engages with students’ DC experience. The area of specialization is open and includes, but is not limited to, Ethnic Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Sociology, History, Anthropology, Public Policy, Public Health, Area Studies, Media, Law, Science Policy and Performing/Fine Arts.
