Eligibility

Who: All UC Santa Cruz non-represented, exempt staff are eligible to apply to spend up to one week at the University of Sussex and up to 2 weeks at Aarhus University.

Objectives: Applicants must be able to clearly articulate how their participation in the exchange will support both their professional development and benefit campus internationalization efforts. Objectives for participation may include:

• Build capacity: acquire new skills or expertise, job shadow
• Research the capacity for and/or establish joint institutional initiatives
• Share best practices
• Gain new perspectives and knowledge about the culture and higher education system in both the host country and host institution.

Priority will be given to applicants who have not previously participated in a UC Santa Cruz Global Staff Exchange Program.
